How will I know if my order is confirmed?
When you place an order on manwomanofgod.com, you will receive an order confirmation email letting you know we have received your order and are working on it. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam folder and/or contact us at manwomanofgod@gmail.com so we can further assist you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have an account with us, please Login at the top right corner of the website, click on “Order History” and click on the order you’re looking to get tracking for and tracking details will be provided.
Please allow 24 hours for the courier to update tracking information.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
To ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed as it is immediately processed and sent over to our warehouse for packaging and shipping.
If you would like to return and/or exchange the items, please contact us once you have received your order. Please note to be eligible for a return/exchange, all items must have their original tags on, be within 45 days of shipment, and not listed as final sale.
How long does shipping take?
It takes up to 72 business hours for us to process and ship out your order. Depending on the shipping method chosen is what will determine how long it takes to receive your package. Please see shipping options below:

Free Standard Shipping - Delivery up to 9 business days from the date of fulfillment.

Expedited Shipping - Delivery up to 5 business days from the date of fulfillment.

Orders placed after 1PM PST, Mon-Fri, will ship the following business day.
Orders placed on Friday after 1pm, or weekends, will not ship until the following Monday or business day during holidays.

My order was lost or said to be delivered, but I never received it. What should I do?
Please wait 48 hours prior to contacting us. In some cases, packages say delivered before they arrive at their final destination. If it is within 48 hours, make sure to look for attempted delivery left by the carrier. Packages are sometimes left in a more secure area or with a neighbor. We often use multiple carriers for delivery. Be sure to check your mailbox or wherever you normally receive mail and packages.
If 48 hours have passed, and your package(s) is lost in transit or not received, please email us directly at manwomanofgod@gmail.com and we would be happy to assist you.
Return & Exchange Policy
What is your return/exchange policy?

Items can be returned/ exchanged within 30 days of the ship date.

We only offer exchanges on different colors or sizes of the original style(s) purchased

Returns/Exchanges can only be made once, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags included. A shipping label will be emailed to you, please print and attach it to original package that was sent with item(s)

Items marked as final sale are ineligible for a return or an exchange

It can take up to 5-10 business days from when we receive the item(s) to process your return

We will not accept items with dirt, stains, hair, etc. You will be notified through email when the refund has been processed

Do you offer free return shipping?
We do not provide free return shipping. We do provide pre-paid return shipping labels however, in order to provide you with the best products at the lowest prices day-in-day-out, we need to charge a return shipping fee to help cover return shipping & handling costs. This fee is not additional, and you will not be charged, it is automatically deducted from your refund amount.
Refund:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
